Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Timelines
- Delivery Period: 7 – 10 working days
- Handling Time Before Dispatch: Usually within 24 hours of order confirmation; maximum 72 hours.
2. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Free above ₹999; orders below ₹999 charged ₹70–₹80.
3. COD Charges
- No COD charges
4. Undeliverable Packages
- COD orders: Returned to us automatically.
- Prepaid orders: Refund issued only after shipment is marked RTO (Returned to Origin).
5. Return to Origin (RTO) Policy
Slavi reserves the right to cancel COD services for customers with a high RTO rate.
6. International Shipping
- Currently unavailable.
7. Country of Origin
- All products are made in India.
8. Courier Partners
- We use trusted partners including Blue Dart, Shiprocket, and others.
9. Missing Items in Shipment
If any item is missing from your package, please check your invoice first. If you have been charged for the missing item, contact us immediately for resolution.
10. Delivery Failures Beyond 15 Days
If we are unable to deliver your order within 15 working days, Slavi may cancel the undelivered items and issue a refund for the same.
11. Tampered or Damaged Packaging
If your package appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse to accept the package and notify us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
12. Force Majeure Delays
Slavi is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, courier disruptions, or events beyond our control.
13. Order Tracking
Tracking details will be shared via SMS/email once your order is dispatched.
