7-Day Return / Replacement Policy

We want you to have a smooth shopping experience with Slavi. While we do not offer open returns, we’re happy to assist with returns or replacements in genuine cases, as mentioned below.


Return / Replacement Eligibility

✅ Eligible Requests (Within 7 Days of Delivery)

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • You receive a wrong item
  • You receive a wrong size (different from what was ordered)

📹 Important:
To help us resolve such issues fairly and quickly, a clear parcel opening / unboxing video (starting from the sealed package) is required for all damage, defect, or wrong-item claims.


🚫 When Returns Are Not Applicable

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Size or fit issues due to incorrect selection while ordering
  • Minor color or print variations due to lighting or screen differences
  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Non-returnable categories: loungewear, swimwear, sale/discounted items, Buy 2 Get 1 Free offers, custom-made and plus-size orders

🔄 Replacement Process

  • For eligible cases, we first offer a replacement.
  • Replacements are subject to availability.
  • If the item is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be offered.
  • Each order is eligible for one replacement request.

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Once approved, refunds are issued within 48 working hours.
  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit.
  • Original shipping and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Pickup

  • Pickup is arranged after the request is approved.
  • If pickup is unavailable in your area, self-shipping may be required.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

📦 Damaged or Tampered Parcels

  • If a parcel appears damaged or tampered with, please avoid accepting it.
  • If accepted, an unboxing video helps us assist you better.

✂️ Custom & Plus-Size Orders

  • Custom and plus-size items are made especially for you and are non-returnable.
  • These orders are prepaid and may take 5–10 working days to dispatch.
  • We may share images or videos for approval before dispatch.
